Dubai Real Estate wanted multiple projects + generic property investment ad campaigns. They approached Leads Dubai for digital marketing services starting from social media marketing to help them achieve more leads for real estate. STRATEGY AND APPROACH:
Below strategy was planned to assist this real estate client to achieve their marketing goals :
- It started off by creating attractive images with good content to attract the Indian audience. The first campaign was made for Chandigarh, India which got them great results. It’s always good to have international leads enquiring for Dubai real estate.
- We can attract the international audience by asking them to invest in Dubai and attaining the Golden Visa or the Green Visa. Quality of property leads were filtered at this stage.
- Careful selection of target audience and ad copies were picked keeping the searchers intent in mind. This helped increased reach to the right audience. So, their ads were shown only to property investors or business men looking to buy property in Dubai.
- Eventually, we moved on to different countries like South Africa, London and Iraq where we received a decent amount of leads. Some of these leads were qualified enough to visit Dubai and meet our Real Estate client to look at property options.
- Constant optimization of the campaign with careful monitoring overall has provided consistent results. Client feedback has been positive.
