It is a process of sending our emailers which could contain promotional content, announcements or any other message to a group of people via email. You have a message to share with people. You tell us who you want to send these email messages. We make the database available and set up for your email marketing campaign. We select a date and time and then we send out the emailers and after 2 – 3 working days you get the email marketing report.
2. Do you have an Email database?
Yes we have the email database, we do not sell databases and we use this to only send sms or email marketing purposes.
3. What kind of database do you have?

4. How accurate is the email database?
For email marketing the databases we remove all the wrong and bad emails as a result of our previous email marketing campaigns. This way the email database has a 99% valid database. We make sure that we send your emails to the right audiences.
5. Will I get results from Email Marketing?
We do not guarantee results. It depends on what you mean by a result. When you send your email, you are broadcasting your message to thousands of people. Now these users may or may not see your email. Try to get better email open rates by trying to change your subject line or send on different timings. If users like your subject and its relevant, they will open and engage with you. If your offer or email content is right, users will react by either calling your business, visiting your website or reply back to your email. 7. What kind of Email Marketing Report i get?
The Email marketing report provides you data like, email sent, email opened, email bounced. If you want to send email on your own or track results, we provide with the free email panel software, which you can login and send emails yourself, an online demo can be provided and you can send emailers. We load the required email database, however you cant download the database, it’s there only to send emails. If you have your own database, you can do that too.
8. What are the limitations of Email Marketing?
The database on which you will send mails are mostly personal email ids, which has been collected over the years. They don’t know you, so by sending the cold emails you may get lower email open rates. We advise to do multiple emails with different offers to see which one works. The sender email address will be yours so when the user replies, they can reply back to you directly. We are not sure of which email will go to inbox or spam. However if good open rates this means the delivery to inbox can happen. We do not guarantee any results, but by following the best practices you should be able to get some decent results.

The cost of email marketing depends on the amount of emails you send. For example we have packages of 50,000 email marketing to 100,000 and up to 1 million emails. The rates are different based on the database you select.
10. What email open rates can I expect?
Email Open rates to unsolicited email databases is from 1 – 3%. It can be higher or lower depending on your email and offer.
11. What is the duration of an email marketing campaign?
The email marketing campaign lasts for a few hours. Let’s say you want to send 100,000 emails, within 3 – 4 hours the campaign delivery can be done and you get the email marketing report within the next 3 – 4 working days. You may also decide to break down the deliveries in smaller quantities too.
